Welcome to the Premium BJJ Journey Score members area.

  • To get the best out of these scores:

    1. Score yourself relative to your current training partners of similar belt levels.

A score of 1 would mean you don't understand the position and a score of 10 means you're confident and can successfully pull it off regularly when sparring.

It’s normal for your scores to go down once you get promoted to a new belt colour!

    2. Take your time. We hear those who take the time to think about their responses get the most benefit.

    3. Fill out the notes at the end. Use this space to reflect on where you are and how you’re feeling as well as set your intention to focus areas for training.

    4. Redo the score every 1-3 months to give yourself a baseline to track your progress.

    5. Look back at your previous scores and reflect on your progress and where you want to improve.

    6. Share your results with a coach or training partners and ask for help in addressing your weak spots, or parts of the game you want to improve.

However you use the scores, it’s not about comparing your score to others, it’s about tracking your own progress.
